The Banbury House & Le Parisien

The Banbury House was built in 1905 by E.A. Banbury. It served as the families residence until 1939 when it was converted into a nurse's residence and office for the Nursing Home. The building was scheduled for demolition in 1985, but was saved by Ernst and Rosemarie Boehme who opened the first European B&B in Saskatchewan. Today it is owned by the Beliveau family. The Inn features 6 regular rooms and 2 bridal suites. It also houses a bar and has beautifully maintained gardens.
Next door to the Banbury House is Le Parisien, a Gourmet restaurant specializing in French and Swiss cuisine. It has 3 suites, all with a jucuzzi, called the Executive Suite, the Victorian Suite, and the Penthouse Suite.

Fun fact: E.A. Banbury was also one of the founders of Canada's first Beaver Lumber (also located in Wolseley).
